Backup & restore

Download backup

A JSON file with every task, checklist, history entry and the trash. Keep it somewhere safe.

Restore from file

Merge keeps your current tasks and adds the ones from the file. Replace swaps everything (a snapshot is taken first).

Automatic snapshots

OpsFlow keeps the last 10 snapshots in this browser: one per day, and one before every import, restore or empty-trash.

Where your data lives

Saved on every change in two places inside this browser (localStorage + IndexedDB). It survives closing the tab, restarting the computer and updates. It is only lost if you clear this site's browsing data, use a private window, or switch browser or device — that's what the backup file is for.

Trash

Deleted tasks stay here until you empty the trash.

Delete forever?

GitHub Issues sync

Optional. New and edited tasks are mirrored as Issues in your repo (and added to a Project v2 if you set one). «Pull from GitHub» merges Issues into the board without deleting local tasks.
